New forms of work in agriculture

Based on an interdisciplinary approach and field surveys, this book offers an original perspective on agricultural work. It differs from analyses focused on employment or status by focusing on the reality of how work is experienced and organised. It renews thinking on agricultural change by highlighting often invisible forms of work and questions the sustainability of current models. Coordinated by Nathalie Hostiou, Pierre Gasselin and Benoit Dedieu (INRAE), it is published by Quae.
